CALIBRATING - POLISHING MACHINES
GMM has designed and put on the market a wide range of calibrating and polishing machines, fully automatic and made in different versions, each of which is specific for processing marble, granite, stones and composite materials or even cement agglomerates. Calibrating, polishing and single calibrating-polishing machines are produced in different and multiple models to work on pieces with widths ranging from 650 to 2100 mm and workable thicknesses from 100 to 400 mm; they can operate individually (on a single simple line) or be inserted in production lines even very complex and customized. In combination with advanced technological and electronic solutions (GMM machines are 4.0 ready) they guarantee ease of use, low running costs and long life.
WATERJET
The Intec-G2R Value Series of Water Jet Cutting Systems represents the greatest machine performance available in the world of profile abrasive Waterjet cutting. The Intec-G2R can cut almost any material up to 200mm thick at maximum cutting speeds. The Intec-G2R is the latest in our evolution of innovative products to create a precision, easy-to-operate, safe and highly reliable Waterjet Cutting Machine.
In the heart of our waterjet system is the QUANTUM ™ high-pressure pump with patented servo technology to deliver high pressure water for cutting at the lowest possible cost. Combined with smart setup choices our customers save energy, water, and abrasive to be a few steps ahead of their competition.
EDGE POLISHER
Automatic multi-spindle belt polishing machines for the execution of round and flat edges on any type of material (marble, granite, composite and cement agglomerates). The range of GMM edge polishing machines includes horizontal and vertical machines able to process thicknesses from 4.5 up to 100 mm.
The shaping of the profiles is performed with universal abrasive wheels (avoiding the use of expensive shaped wheels). The machine management is entrusted to an electronic control of the latest generation (operating in 4.0 ready logic) supported by a SW entirely developed by GMM to ensure an easy and intuitive use to the operators. The oscillating bar (which supports the hydraulic motors with the abrasives for polishing) of the Toro bull-nosing machine, is driven by 2 brushless motors in order to guarantee high precision and best quality of the profile. All surfaces are treated with sandblasting, cold galvanizing primer and two-component painting. All the carters are in fiberglass or stainless steel.
CUTTING CENTER MACHINE
Automatic cutting center machine 3 or 5 blades, for high production with up to thirteen axes. Multi blade cutting performing dimensions from 140mm to 2000mm, the central unit can saw inclined cut. Extreme precision cutting result due the rotating top cutting unit, independent tool wear control and compensation for each blade. Compact cutting line solution when equipped with automatic loading device and roller belt feeding system.
